At Hensa, we believe everyone is unique. We also believe this in our returns. We judge returns on a case by case basis. Just like humans and books, we don’t judge a situation by its cover. Here are our basic rules to live by: 
If you have the item(s) you ordered over 30 days (starting from the post mark date), it is officially yours to keep. After 30 days, we will not take a return of a garment or any other Hensa or partner product. Damaged: You break it, you bought it. Or in this case, you break it, you own it. Also know as: If you damage a product, it’s yours to keep. We do not take returns of damaged items of any kind.
Clearance/Custom:If your item was on clearance or you purchased a custom item, that is a final sale item. We do not offer returns on clearance or custom items regardless of wrong size purchased, wrong color purchased, etc. All sales are final. 

When will I receive a refund or an exchange? Once you have contacted Hensa and your item is back in our hands, we have 60 days to refund you or exchange the said item. If for any reason we have exceeded this time limit, please contact us. 

Other info: If you need to return an item, you pay for shipping back to us. We will pay for shipping back to you if you need an exchange. We want to hear your feedback and concerns– please contact us with any questions about returns or otherwise so we can better work with you.
